It’s a nice quiet hotel with a pretty decent room . Bathroom had bathtubs and was quite spacious. A kitchen with a big refrigerator was provided. There is also a small golf practice thing in the terrace which is kool . Friendly staff . Overall good stay . The only drawback is the location. It’s located inside the streets away from the main road which is a hassle to get to if u r walking.

This place is amazing. You get a nice fully furnished apartment for less than the price of a hotel room, and easy enough to order Grab for getting around. The staff is also super kind. I lost my phone and the front desk went above and beyond to make calls and help me get it back (which I did). Would stay here again for the service alone.

The room is very good. I like it. Clean, soft bed The staff speak well and take good care of you. If there is a chance to come back to use the service again for sure.

The room is big, cheap and clean, the service staff is great and the swimming pool is great. There is a 7-11 within a 10-minute walk. There are also restaurants and **** stores which are very convenient.

I stayed at Aspira Tropical Residence Thong Lo for a week and was completely satisfied with my stay. The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely design and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you need including good towels and free toiletries. I really liked their gym which had everything you need for a good workout. The pool was nice and clean and I enjoyed relaxing there after long walks around the city. The location of the hotel was very convenient with many restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. For one and a leg, let's shake a useful walk;) But what makes this hotel really special is the amazing staff - they were very friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. They created a wonderful atmosphere for me during my stay. Overall, I recommend Aspira Tropical Residence Thong Lo to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in Bangkok. And don't forget to check out the gym to keep fit during your trip! And if you do not like gyms, then you can just swim in the pool and suddenly you will build muscle only in the pool. A joke, of course, but anything can happen!

Never stay here. Facilities are old, so there are many problems consequently. From AC, faucet, ventilation, and etc. They have shuttle but no driver working. Software also sucks so much. You can expect less than minimum service. No housekeeping no fixing Facilities and they keep lying that they have no more sheet to change. And they never come until I ask 3 times a day. Location is also bad. Only good thing is that I booked here less than a week. So I can leave now.

Spacious rooms even by BKK standard. Service exists but to a very limited extent. Run by only a few staff, so you can expect problems to happen here and there. But yes, they are all very friendly. This is a good quiet hotel for people who neither care about walking 20 mins to BTS, nor limitedness in service level.

Room 3/5 Service 3/5 Value 4/5 Not a 5-star hotel, it’s more of a 3 star budget hotel. Room newly renovated. Small reception. No doorman. Windows are not double layered so you will hear every bikes/cars vibrations and noise from the streets. If you’re sensitive to noise - then stay away. They didnt honor our request for high floor / away from street. Wifi is horrible and DO NOT work at night and morning because probably it maxed out the connections from other guests - only achieved 40kb/s during those hours. Pillows are flat and gives neck pain - they can’t provide extra pillows. The switches are troublesome to turn off/on since because no master switch.
